A renowned musician and actor, Charles Chukwuemeka Oputa popularly known as Charly Boy, has raised alarm over an alleged plan of Independent National Electoral Commission (INEC) to rig the 2023 presidential election. Using his verified tweeted account, Charly Boy alerted Nigerian youths of the plan and called for total resistance with their last blood.
The tweet read:

2023 May not be free and fair.
To All my Children.
Wahala dey.
Is INEC ready for a free and fair election 2023?
I don’t think so
