Gospel Minister Feli J Unveils Debut Single “Only You Alone”
Port Harcourt, Rivers State, Nigeria, April 12, 2026, after decades of faith, fire, and quiet sacrifice, Nigerian Gospel music minister Felicia Jumbo Zephaniah, popularly known as Feli J, is set to release her much anticipated debut single, “Only You Alone.”
Born on the 5th of March, 1979, to Mr. and Mrs. Jumbo Zephaniah of Egwulu Compound in Ajakajak Town, Andoni LGA, Rivers State, Feli J’s story is one of destiny over delay. Her love for music began in the children’s choir at the Church of God Mission International. By age 12, her gift was undeniable, she was promoted to the senior choir and mentored by her instructor, Mr. Dickson, who helped lay the foundation of her sound.
Life tested her. Financial hardship cut short her studies at the then College of Education, now Ignatius Ajuru University of Education. Yet she refused to bury her gift. In 2003, she joined the Nigeria Police Force, serving the nation while still serving God with her voice. The struggles she faced became the scriptures she sings.
A Divine Connection
In a season when the weight felt heaviest, God made a way. It was during this time that Feli J came across Don Wizzy Worldwide Entertainment. Under the leadership of the label, her songs were organized, spiritually arranged, and professionally recorded. Don Wizzy Records, the record arm of Don Wizzy Worldwide Entertainment, produced her single and finally exposed her to the light of her calling.
