DSS Denies Nnamdi Kanu Access To Legal Document, Refuse Releasing Document To Lawyer--Report

In a report gathered by Family Writers Press International, the Department of State Services has denied Mazi Nnamdi Kanu The leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra (IPOB) access to what the lawyer described as a "Critical" legal document.

According to the update made on Monday, 25th March, 2024, by Aloy Ejimakor, lawyer to the embattled IPOB leader, Mazi Nnamdi Kanu, via his verified X handle, noted that a critical legal document brought to his client for preview was confiscated by the DSS officers. 

"I just exited from today’s visitation with Onyendu #MNK. I took a critical legal document to him to preview but, as usual, the DSS seized the document & never brought it back until I left.", he stated.

Ejimakor further stated that given these unfair conditions and unjust treatments from the detaining authority, that no fair "Trial" can be guaranteed, warning that such situation cannot assure Fair Hearing. 

"MNK will NEVER BE TRIED under violations like this. It’s not a court-martial. #FairHearing.", he says.

Recall that Mazi Nnamdi Kanu through Aloy Ejimakor, posited that there will be no further trial given the actions and policies of the federal government, DSS and the Court. This position became necessary as Binta Nyako denied Mazi Nnamdi Kanu bail under the excuse of being a flight risk.

IPOB leadership also have passed vote of no confidence on Nigerian judiciary.
