A Spanish Member of the European Parliament (MEP), Irene Montero, has strongly criticized the United States following reports of U.S. military action against Venezuela, describing Washington as a destabilizing force in global affairs.
In a public statement, Montero accused the United States of posing a serious threat to international peace, warning that unchecked military interventions could lead to widespread destruction. She argued that the international community must confront what she described as aggressive foreign policies or risk escalating global instability.
